The grinding and welding tables are designed for the directly suction impurities, which are produced as secondary products over grinding and welding manufacturing. The dusts, fumes and the other impurities from working grate are also suctioned which help to ensure great air conditions for workers. Profile from front internal side has gaps for fresh air which ensures also better air conditions. The suction tables are made from construction steel. The construction steel is protected with a high quality painting RAL 7037/7016. Standart design of grate is metal and dimension are 30x3 mm. According the customer requirement we are able to deliver wooden grate which is better for finishing works such as cleaning steinless steels parts etc.
The table includes easy suction system against to sparks and solid impurities and these secondary products are collected into a drawer under a grate. Drawer opens toward to worker for easily cleaning. Table position is possible to set with the adjustable legs in range +-50 mm. Maximum weight load is 400 kilograms. Devices also include LED light (IP 65, 230 V) which is suspended into the table ceilling and double socket which is attached on the table frame. The connecting cable is 5 meters long. The socket position is possible adapted according to customer requirements (Customer can choose only side). The suction tables are delivered in three sizes, dimensions are available in the tables Technical parameters of suction tables. The whole device is possible to connect to central filtration system.
